Livestock Shipping

We pride ourselves in selecting and shipping only the healthiest animals available. All live orders are double or triple bagged and then carefully packed in a cardboard box with a heavy duty Styrofoam insert. We will include heat packs or cold packs based on expected weather conditions during transit. All items are packed very carefully to ensure the least amount of stress on the livestock.  We have been shipping corals for over 15 years!  All of our livestock will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air for delivery by 10:30am (rural area delivery will be later).

We offer flat rate Livestock shipping based on the table below – We also offer special rates for our California customers.

Saturday delivery is available for a Fee of $20.  Just select the Saturday Delivery option at checkout.

Shipping Schedule & Tracking Information

Please contact us to arrange for delivery on a specific day, we always try our best to accomodate your preferred delivery date.  We will contact you via email once your order has been received to schedule a shipping date.  ​ Once your order has been processed for shipping you will receive a tracking email from UPS with your tracking number & the link to their website to track your order.

All Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All California Residents – Orders will include Sales Tax – 7.75%.

Pick-Up

Please Note:  Our website and storefront are separate operations.  Prices and inventory may vary.  If you are selecting local pickup for your order, please allow at least 24-48 hours for order processing.  A confirmation email will be sent notifying you when your order is ready for pickup.  Thank you!
